Productive Services PS GmbH was founded in Dortmund in 2018. Our founder and managing director, Isa Öz, brought with him the desire to realize his extensive know-how and his vision of customer-oriented project work in his own company, drawing on 15 years of project and management experience in industry. Starting as a small start-up with just a few employees, PS has since grown into a medium-sized company with around 40 experienced colleagues and a Europe-wide network of specialists who support us on a project basis. With this growth came new business areas. We initially focused on industrial corrosion protection and specialized rotor blade machining. To better meet the increasing demands of our customers and to be more flexible, we became certified as a temporary staffing agency at the beginning of 2020. Since mid-2020, industrial rope access (rope access techniques) has complemented our service portfolio as a particularly exciting segment.
